Sad Day

I wasn't feeling very well this morning (dicky tummy) so wondered whether I should go into work. I decided to go in and was met with some very sad news, one of my ex work colleagues, and friend, lost her husband on Friday. The circumstances are all very tragic and not really suitable for a blog - needless to say work was a very sombre place today as lots of people knew them both, I couldn't stop thinking about it all day.

Mum also phoned and said dad had been very ill indeed overnight with an bad attack to do with his crohns disease -he's ok today but he's very weak and is not going to risk eating anything for a while.

Tonight I've been wallowing in the soaps and Peter has kindly kept me company when I know he really wants some peace upstairs on his computer - that's love for you.....
