As I didn’t go to the Monday fat club class I went to a different class, run by the same woman, in Eastleigh tonight. I actually preferred the class to the usual one I attend, the other women seemed more friendly, but a Wednesday night wouldn’t really work out time wise as my Monday class conveniently starts at the exact time I am passing it on the way home from work.

Anyway, I wasn’t expecting to have lost much as I had ‘cheated’ a bit but much to my delight I had lost 3.5lbs !!! and I got given a little silver key ring (pictured) as I have now passed the point where I have lost 10% of my original body weight – I was thrilled.

Watched The Apprentice which was excellent but there’s a woman on there, Katie, who is a real bitch. Hope she gets booted out soon.
